China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, Ya’an Bifengxia base is subordinate to the base of China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, which is a panda paradise integrating giant panda breeding, breeding, rescue and publicity and education, and the construction was successfully started in 2001 and completed in October 2003, and the State Forestry Administration invested a total of 27.6 million yuan for the construction of the base. The Ya’an municipal government donated 5,747 mu of land for the construction of the base.
